What is Adult P.E.?
Adult P.E. is physical education for adults
We use various forms of resistance to perform key foundational movements while ensuring locomotion is fundamentally sound, therapeutic and coinciding with overall joint integrity. Each session consists of various timed movements and is designed to be completed within 60 minutes. Each complex focuses on the fundamentals of strength & conditioning: push, pull, squat, hinge and core stability.
It is a recreational exercise program of moderate intensity designed for all levels. Using sleds, TRX suspension training systems, medicine balls, bungee cords, and other tools, adults advance athletically learning to move better, eliminate pain and improve their overall quality of life in a setting that is fun and supportively competitive.

Your monthly membership includes access to 4 sessions per week for a period of 4 weeks. The Membership Access Fee is a recurring monthly fee electronically transferred on the member's billing date every 30 days from the member's account origination date.
The Membership Access Fee is non-refundable regardless of your attendance. Unused sessions are not eligible for rollover. See cancellation policy for more information.

6:15 am - 7:15am
