Understanding Athletic Development

Our Athletic Sports Performance Program is a long term Athletic Development Plan for Jr. Varsity & Varsity athletes

Athletic Development is a principle-based training program designed to advance continually maturing athletes in fundamental movement patterns: push, pull, squat, hinge and core stability.


Our athletes are consistently coached on the fundamental principles of strength & conditioning and educated on the critical role they play in developing and maintaining BASELINE STRENGTH critical to sustaining residual results including improved stability, mobility, agility and linear speed & power.


We are not singularly focused, but rather we focus on developing the whole athlete to sustainable performance levels. 


$175 per month for Jr. Varsity
$200 per month for Varsity

Your monthly membership includes access to 3 sessions per week for Junior Varsity or 4 sessions per week for Varsity for a period of 4 weeks. The Membership Access Fee is a recurring monthly fee electronically transferred on the member's billing date every 30 days from the member's account origination date.

The Membership Access Fee is non-refundable regardless of your attendance. Unused sessions are not eligible for rollover.
